Dr. Philipp Müller
Philipp is the VP for the Public Sector at DriveLock, helping ensure that governments can securely create public value. He joined AWS in January 2019, from Gartner Consulting, where he was a Managing Partner. Before that, he was General Manager for the Public Sector at DXC Technology in Central Europe. He has been a professor at Willy-Brandt-School of Public Policy, University of Erfurt, Dean of the Business School of Salzburg University, and Director of the Public Management Program at Tec de Monterrey. He is a public speaker and the author of three books and articles on the interplay of technology, strategy, and leadership. He has a PhD from Ludwig-Maximilians-University, was a research fellow at the Harvard University, and holds a visiting professorship at Donau-Uni Krems.
